Humane Solutions is a 501(c)(3) organization composed of only volunteers, they rely solely on donations, grants and fundraisers to make their program work. They focus on their low cost spay and neuter program, hoping to reduce pet over population and reduce the number of innocent animals that are abandoned and/or euthanized at shelters.
